also you could- have one of your parents open a seperate acct, with them as the primary and include you and SO as users, do not pay any creditors from this acct, just start send MO's to pay debts. keep small money in your first acct. the one you had when you defaulted. you must be able to trust the person that opens the new acct as the primary, thats why i suggest a parent.
