SOL means statue of Limitations. You can not LEGALLY be sued after the SOL has passed. It is up to you to use the SOL as a defense if you are sued. If you don't answer/show up when you have been served, then the CA will get a judgement by default. Reaffirm means when you sign a new promise to pay a particular debt after bankrupcy. Mortgages and Vehicles are most likely to be reaffirmed.
