I too have started receiving calls from JBC about 3 months ago - according to them I have three checks outstanding. I asked for proper documentation for these items and they are not able to provide this. I have no record of these items either. They have also hung up on me numerous times and refuse to place a supervisor on the line. I have ignored their calls and letters.
