steveX is correct. excollector or not, you can't trust their comments. once a cheat, always a cheat. paying a CA only lets them know that HEY, YOU'VE SCARED ME, IT WORKS, COME TAKE THIS TEN DOLLARS I HAVE!!! if you give em' a dollar, they'll scare you into ten, etc., etc. if they think they can get some $$$, they'll sue, if not they'll just bluff with their computer generated letters. Excollector MAY have good intentions, but chances are, he/she is not in charge of your account. Credible sources are whychat, scott, ladynred and for some interesting, yet confusing humor, keysor sore will brighten one's day with his poetic genius of CAs :)...........
