I'm sorry, let me clarify. It was late from 11/00 on, and never brought current. It was actually charged off in 08/2001. I am within the SOL, but their amounts and other info are definitely wrong. I saw the letter for answering a lawsuit for SOL, but I am answering for lack of knowledge of this acct. Sorry for the confusion.
