CALL THE Department of Licensing - Collection Agency Board NOW!!!!! They will tell you to forward all your info to them. The more we can show they are violating state law the more likely the DOL is to DO something. They have already said AALLC SHOULD be licensed and Asset admits that they know the DOL wants them licensed but refuses to be based on THEIR interpretation of the law.

They are currently investigating Asset Acceptance as acting illegally in the State of Washington. File a motion to dismiss based on SOL and Asset's illegal actions as a debt collector. A license is REQUIRED to sue someone here.
