how did you pay them
do you have a settlement letter offerand if you haver that and proof of payment you can send the new collection agency
or
just ask them to verify the debt with a certified copy of the orignal contract and all accounting on that account as of the day the account was opened .
they cant collect if they cant prove.
let them know you are have alreadt filed a complain with FTC.
