A New York lawyer is going to execute a judgement that was filed in New Jersey-and you live in Nevada!A judgement can be obtained in either the state you live in or the state where the original contract was signed and it can be executed in either state. But, I don't think a New York lawyer can execute in New Jersey. Hopefully, someone else will be more positive.
