It is possible to "perfect" a NJ judgment and have it entered as a Nevada judgment for enforcement.

The rules are under the Uniform Code of Enforcement of Foreign Judgments that both NJ and Nev. subscribe to.

HOWEVER, without going into too much detail, there are a lot of factors. If it was a deault judgment, they may not be able to get it perfected (certified). If hey did, and if they transferred the account to a Nev. lawyer, you would still hae a chance to fight it in Nev. So, if you had some reasonable defense that you were not able to raise in NJ, like SOL, you could still beat it.

Also, on a default judgment, if there is any doubt about the validity, they will not be able to get a Nev. lawyer to take it.
