He is actually one of the atty's I already spoke to and he did not know anything about the cc being deemed an open account ... I was quoting rcw's to him ... and providing the info to the other federal stautes provided on the board -- he referred me to someone else, who was not famliiar with the statutes either ... He was a very nice man, but for all intents and purposes, unable to assist me. Thank-you though
