You can NOT be prosecuted for the paying your AX bill. You are dealing with a 3rd part collection agency who is acting illegally. Under the FDCPA (Fair debt collection laws) they can only call once to ask your address or phone number. They are NOT ALLOWED TO DISCUSS THE DEBT WITH ANYONE BUT YOU. Not neighbors, not relatives. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Next time they call, tell them that you know your rights and you will be filing charges against them. As the previous poster suggested, send the ceast and desist letter from Why Chat's web site.
