The phone is the CAs tool. Take it away from them, force them to communicate via mail. Send your mail to them registered, return receipt. Keep everything to show the courts. When you say a judgement was filed against you???? Do you mean that you were served and did not answer the suit. Or do you nean that you have just been served? What state are you in and how old is this debt. I have the feeling this is more threat than anything else. To get a judgement, they went to court, and you should have been served with a notice of the court date. Did that happen?
