A CA cannot granish without a court order. Dont talk to them. It is not against the law to avoid them, hang up on them or refuse contact with them. Not to mention your god given right not to do anything you dont want to.

I would send the C&D letter CRRR.

I doubt they will sue over $850.00. They could but I would guess they have bigger fish to fry.
