When was the last time you paid the ORIGINAL creditor on the account while it was in GOOD standing, (not late, not past due)?

If you have been sued you can file an answer with the Court, depending on your answer to the above question you may be able to defend yourselves successfully, you probably DO need a lawyer to answer for you.
