3rd try, most have had a senior moment!!
OK When was the last time you paid First Union? The SOL started when the account became deliquent with Original creditor. SOL could be our first defense. Second defense could be validation. This account has been passed around several times. Chances are good that they can't validate. Credigy bought this account for pennies on the dollar, and added interest. My advice is to consult with an attorney. Either a bk attorney or consumer attorney. If you want to negoiate a settlement, please let an attorney do it for you. Look for a consumer attorney. www.naca.net.
