Credit reporting agencies are very much like Collection agencies in that they routinely ingore the law. They are as difficult to deal with as any collection agency! Except for the fact, I dont think they threaten you with the sheriff etc.

It is extemely difficult to deal with any entity that believes themselves to be above the law, and will continually violate consumer protection laws.

The credit bureaus dont CARE! It is up to you to vigorously protect your rights. www.creditboards.com will help you.
