Marv is right, creditboards.com is the place to go for that sort of thing.I generally stay away from "score" improvement.

In your situation however, I would suggest filng a fraud alert on your report and sending a stronger dispute letter to the CA, filing a complaint with the FTC and your State AG office.

If they are reporting as unpaid on an account you paid, (not settled- I hope) then it must be someone elses account- RIGHT???
