Tia-- keep your (and you relative's) $$. The judgment cannot hurt you, and it is possible it will not even be entered.

SSD is not easy to get, it usually takes at least year of total disabilty before it is granted, unless there is a complete and drastic situation.

Even IF you went back to work on the "trial basis" you couldn't be hurt by the judgment as there is a 1 year "grace period" where you can go back on SSD if you need to.

In your other posts you talk about filing BK-- that is foolish, save your $$ for the stuff you need
