Need a good BK attorney

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I very much need to get advice from a couple of good BK attornies to determine if I qualify for BK, and if so, should I file,, and if so, which one (7 or 13).

I would also like to find out how expensive it is to file BK (hopefully not too, since people are usually down on their luck when they file). Please let me know if anybody knows of a good attorney and/or how I could find one.
