If I open a new bank account cant they grab that as well. Dont they look up some kind of database and see what you have?. I have a Fleet checking account for many years and my small business has a merchant account which direct deposits stuff I bill my clients for with their credit cards.

If they sue and close that account I am dead. Thats why I need to know the approximate time lines between a threat to sue and seizure of an account in New York, if it comes to that.
