Hello!!
I just have a quick question. I was contacted by a Ca today regarding an old Discover acct in my name. I did not answer the phone the first time they called, so they apparently called my parents home and left a message there. My mother called them back, and they told her all of the information about the debt. This does not sound right..are they allowed to discuss my debts with people other than me?? (she was not a co-signer on the card or anything). I thought there was a law against this kind of thing. Please let me know.
