false hopes.they will sue

everyone should stop saying that CA's won't sue..it aint so.
here is proof.
14 accounts all charged off in 2002 & 2003.
first calls, then letters. I sent C&D letters, it was quiet for awhile...now within 2 months I have 4 civil summons delivered by the sheriff, & 4 default judgments for not showing up....MBNA is 3 of them!!!!
they are the worse, first they get Wollpoff & Abramson to try & pull the abritration game, & when that fails they go with smith debnam to sue you.any way people shouldn't be lead to believe that the CA's won't sue...they will.....Whether they collect anything or not is another story.......no blood in this turnip.
