I think I understand what your saying but what if the debt is out of SOL? I got another question for you. I owe bank of america a credit card debt thats 13 years old. I've since straightened out my credit and I have credit cards in good standing, but one of my credit cards was bought out by Bank of America. My question is, can Bank of America start coming after me all over again ? Thanx for any help.
