I believe they will be, but you will have the bk on your credit report for usually 10 years.(depends on your state) This is just an opinion, in Chapter 7 you must prove to the court that you can not pay your bills. If you have charge offs and judgements, it just shows that you did not pay bills. It is said that you can start to rebuild credit in about two years after bk. Bankrupcy is a fresh start, it is not the end of the world.
