Please, please e-mail me. I have had this same thing happen to me. I have not signed anything saying that Iwould go to arbitration. As a matter of fact I sent three letters telling them NO. They will not help me with a settlement and have told me the same thing "I will see you in Court" "we will take everything away from you".
Can they?
