This is in the agreements you sign when you open a bank account.

I don't know how long a major bankng organization like BOA keeps records on file in their system, but I would not suggest having any savings or checking account at a BOA bank.

For those people who have had bad credit or have unpaid judments on file in another State from a major bank, I usually suggest any new accounts be opened at local unaffilliated banks or credit unions. This is especially true if you want to bank online.
