Judgmental, your posting is exactly why veteran posters caution those seeking help to become familiar with the laws, methods, etc. before coming to a decision in their best own interest. Veteran posters would never tell a debtor to send a C&D letter for a debt within Sol (only a partial C&D is recommended). As far as I can see, there are at least three other incorrect or incomplete statements in your own posting.
