I'm wondering why you filed BK when only one creditor sued and that was close to the SOL running out? Was there no way to fight the one creditor who did sue? A lot of people on this board seem to be very pro BK,but I know several people who wish they had taken another route. They have been denied jobs, insurance, etc because of the BK. A friend of mine was turned down as a convenience store clerk because of her BK.
