Even if an account is beyond the (3) year SOL--does not mean a CA cannot sue you. You have to bring it up in court (if they sue) as an affirmative defense. These sleaze balls know that (90%) of people do not answer a summons and the CA will still get a judgment by default--even though past the SOL.
