Send them a Validation request you might want to add this into the letter somehow. This is from a discovery that was done by a NACA Lawyer on a NAF Arbitration complaint. Demand the following:

Copies of and originals of all charges, credit applications, credit authorizations, charge slips, purchase authorizations or any of the documents by which your agency asserts that I am in any way responsible for the indebtedness for which you continue to write on and/or report as delinquent.
