I do owe you an apology though....you're not a collector troll...I checked out that yahoo group thing you posted & did a little searching on Google & now I get it....you're one of the anti-governement/laws/IRS/no such thing as debt/make your own rules trolls....a rapidly growing percentage of the country that is slightly less relavant than the world is flat people... I'd like to apologize to the board for feeding this non colector troll...please forgive me! I thought I was giving a collector some grief. computerguy, I'm done with this, good luck to you & these wacky ideas....IF you can ever back up what you say with facts & not theories & if any of them ever work for you or anyone else in a court of law I'll owe you a heart felt apology...Personally I think that will be right after pyramid schemes are legalized but what do I know.
