My credit card user agreement that I signed states:

If we have to use a collection agency or a law firm to collect amounts due, you agree to pay our costs, including legal fees.

Transfer of rights:

We may transfer any or all of our rights under this agreement, by way of assignment, sale or otherwise. If we do so, we can give information concerning your Visa Account to anyone we transfer our right to.
