CAs as a rule only sue if they think you have assets. I've sent a few C&Ds in my time and never has anyone been sued. Only idiots sue because they are mad about a C&D, and if they keep doing that, they will soon discover they're paying more in filing fees than they're recovering from no-asset or bankrupt consumers.
