I'm currently being sued by Asset Acceptance as well. I live in Kentucky where the SOL is 5 years. The debt is from 1994. I trully believe they know the SOL laws but hope to get a default judgment since a lot of people never file a reponse. I never responded in any way until the lawsuit was filed. If they continue with a lawsuit make sure you answer it. I'm fighting them with everything I can get my hands on. Best of luck!!!
