I'm not exactly sure what the initials CA refer to, but if this thread is saying that creditors will not sue you after sending them a cease and desist letter which also explains that you do not have any assets, I am living proof that is not true. I sent a cease and desist letter explaining that I do not own a car, home, or have anything of value, that I am unemployed and my only source of income is SSI, and although the phone calls stopped I was sued a few months later by Capital One for a $500 credit card. If I'm off based disregard my message because I have not read the entire thread, but I just had to comment on this.
