Hi Parry, since joining this board, I no longer feel pressured to file for BK since I know the creditors/lawyers can't legally do anything to me because I'm judgement proof. But I was thinking, it still may be a good idea to file so that after I return to work I won't be overwhelmed with bills and garnished to death after the fact. Since the BK laws are changing, I'm thinking if I wait too long the option may not even be there 2 or more years down the road. I've also seen that a lot of people have had better credit two years after filing BK than before. So...if I get it out of the way now...hopefully if I'm able to return to work within the next two years things won't be so bad. :)
