MBNA did not work with me...and they only "serviced" two of my accounts. FYI about Smith/Debnam: They were involved in another credit card issue of mine (believe it or not--in 2 years of hell I am almost out of debt!!)---Anyway (sorry) they DO pursue, they DO go to court and they don't back down. Let me know if you want more info.
