The thirty day notice passed a few weeks ago to answer arbitration. Now the lawyer has called twice and left a message. I ned to delay a judgement until I get a better job. I am afraid a judgement on my record will prevent my being hired if seen on a background check. Should I return the call? It is not passed SOL and I have few assets.
