No, I'm not if FL, but GA. I still need to know where I could get a demo or form to use as a model for my motion to discard. Any suggestions? And since I inadvertently did NOT serve the collection atty, I would think that I could just file this new motion to discard with the court only? Am I wrong in my thinking. Thanks again for all the help, it's greatly appreciated.
