You should be getting the Opt-Out packet really soon. The collection agencies however will find you with this new address unless you used a PO Box address. They are wired into your account and have that special deal going with the credit bureaus. There is this site that provides services to the collection agencies that allows them to monitor your credit activity. What happens is if you contact the credit bureau in any way or an employer or an application contacts it in any way, there is an email sent to the subscribers and they find you. You should have a mail box number for all legal correspondence. Good luck.
