Have little to no assests other than crappy vehicles, and 1 financed vehicle, and of course my company. Comapny debt also, but figured to ignore as much unsecured as probable unitl things get better. Didn't expect BOA to sue so quickly..I think it is based on my location....BOA CC Office close by.
Original CC through Nations Bank, bought out by BOA since then.
I really appreciate any help. I wouldn't mind an attorney.....if affordable, or do pro se with legal advice.
