Hi Linda, I wish I had known what you and others have explained about writing C&D letters for debt that is still within the SOL. I must admit, I was shocked to be sued for $500 considering there are people who owe over $20000 from years ago and have never been called into a courtroom. But oh well, there isn't much I can do about it. I will definitely look into legal aid for assistance concerning the BK. :) Tia
