Yes, that makes sense. Some collection agencies are really suspicious of consumers who know their rights and use the language of exempt and nonexempt. But you can only do what is right and you cannot anticipate how people are going to react can you and what you did was very legal.

Since you are being sued, you might as well ask for validation now CRRR and make them prove it unless you plan on going bankruptcy.

I was just wondering why you did it that way and why you worded it that way. Thanks for explaining.
