Sounds like Discover sold the account. You owe the Collection Agency $0.00 so DO NOT pay them. The account was fully funded when Discover deposited your credit application thus monetizing your credit limit. There is NO contract between you and any Collection Agency. Discover took a profit and loss write off on money they never risked. Quite a scam this money system. Research Federal Reserve Publications like I did and you will find the TRUTH!!!!!!!!!
