Hi, I have a judgement on my credit report from about 4 years ago, and it is still hurting my credit. I know this because when I recently applied for a credit card, it was the main reason why I only got approved for a credit line of only 500, and secondly they still need proof that I paid it off. The credit report shows it as not being paid off, but I did pay it off about 4 years ago. I have long since thrown away all my receipts so I have no proof that I've paid it. What are my options now? What can I do to remove this record, or at least have it shown as being paid off? Help anybody...
