Put a stop payment on your check to the credt counseling scam company, go back to your lawyer and FOLLOW his advice.

Most likely CH7 will be the best you can do as a DISMISSED Ch13 stays on your reports 10 years just like a Ch7.

You cannot keep thrashing around and getting yorself mired deeper and deeper.

Your "pride" will take a BIGGER hit if the judgments and Court appearances start rolling in.

Your business is safe as your "tools of trade" and neccessary equipment to work are exempt. Depending on your State, probably most all of your personal stuff is also exempt.

If there are any BK hearings they are with you, your lawyer, the Trustees and any of your creditors who show up. A lot better than appearing in open Court for judgment hearings.
