if any of them make any sense to you then by all means email him. He wants people to try his "$1 contract novation" scheme but doesn't give any proof that it works...he says it does but can't prove it. We all want him to go away but what can you do?? This is an open board.

If not list how old the debt is (last payment made to the original creditor), what state you're in.....unlike copmputerguy I'll admit when I don't know what I'm talking about & I don't know anything about "complaint arbitration" so if you supply a little more info (nothing personal) there are many people on this bord who do know what they are talking about & can help you...

Read your state laws & all Federal laws on debt collection...they helped me & can help you!
