Thank you for your info. I cannot remember when I last paid First Bank. It had to be in 2001 sometime. I last paid the collection agency last year around March. Again, I am really nervous and want to set up an arrangement or something. Should I contact the lawyer or the collection agency so that I can avoid court. Do you think this will help if I contact them
