the world the credit cos live in is weird to me too. seems some money is better than none? but no..not to them. they wont help u at all and add on fees until there is no point in trying to pay the amount i know i owe. then they can write it all off? for a profit on paper? who thought all that up? lol. same way with texas renters laws..it is to prevent someone frm simply not paying rent. it does NOT take into account someone who CANT for say 2 weeks. so they tack on 35$ a day charges and allow eviction in 5 days. the landlords who simply dont care evict u. which ruins ur rental history.(all because of something u cant control happening) reasons dont matter..only ink on paper (and dealing with humans u cant have it totaly black and white like that). and the property sits vacant..making NO money..after that. ( i know we looked lol) no wonder i dont understand these people..it is foreign to me.
