This guy is a complete disgrace to the legal profession and ought not to be practicing law. At least when you sue him he does not even have enough sense to answer the complaint, so I have a default pending against him.

I can about guarantee you he's violated FDCPA and your state law, and if he has, send him a C&D, sue the living stink out of him, and see if he still wants to collect from you.
